Mountain Health & Community Services' mission is to make a difference in the lives of our
community families. We do that everyday through our excellent patient care and service
to the community. Our community services range from our senior nutrition program to our
Reach Out and Read program for children. We need your help to continue this mission.
Mountain Health relies on your donation to support a variety of programs including:
- Uninsured patient services
- Pharmacy
- Digital X-ray services
- Behavioral health programs
- Family enrichment programs
- School-based clinics
- Access to health care
- Food distribution
- Homebound meal delivery
- Senior Nutrition Program
- And many more

Your Generosity means that more programs can be added to this list. We recognize that
many of our services are due to the generosity of others who donate their time and make
contributions. They help make our communities better places to live.

Growth & Expansion is dependent upon you now, more than ever. There is a need
to make our communities stronger and healthier. To build a new clinic in Campo, your
support is needed to make this project a reality. Donate today to help bring needed
resources to the rural back country of San Diego Co. Our new clinic will bring extended
hours of care to the Mtn. Empire area residents as well as dental, behavioral health
care and a pharmacy.

Volunteers come from all wakes of life but share the desire to make their communities
a better place to live. Mtn. Health & Community Services has many volunteer
